Summary

The director of quality assurance will lead CoMind’s quality function across its QMS, design assurance, supplier quality and post-market processes for a medical neuromonitoring product. This is a hands-on leadership role that develops the existing team while working closely with engineering and regulatory affairs. The role is hybrid, with at least four days per week in the King’s Cross office and a flexible work-from-home day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality team
• Maintain the QMS and prepare for audits
• Oversee design controls and product risk management
• Guide software quality and cybersecurity processes
• Qualify suppliers and oversee manufacturing quality
• Establish complaint handling and post-market processes
• Support safety reporting and clinical data quality
