Summary

The director leads T. Rowe Price’s EMEA client implementation and account services teams, overseeing client onboarding, ongoing servicing, and complex professional client relationships. Responsibilities

• Lead the 10+ associate implementation and servicing teams
• Coach managers and associates through performance reviews
• Oversee complex client onboarding and ongoing servicing
• Govern client lifecycle risk, controls, and compliance
• Resolve high-risk client escalations with business partners
• Sponsor service transformation and operating model enhancements
• Monitor service metrics and remediation actions
