Summary

The director leads computer systems validation delivery for Veeva products and internal business systems, managing and mentoring validation program managers and team leads. The role oversees release and periodic-review activities, contractors, and customer audit support, with flexibility to work from home or in an office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor validation program managers and team leads
• Oversee validation projects for Veeva and internal systems
• Approve validation approaches, methods, and reporting
• Coordinate releases, patches, and periodic reviews
• Oversee contractor testing against budgets and timelines
• Present CSV operations during customer audits
• Advance test automation and AI validation practices
