This director-level design leadership role will reset how design operates and partners with product and engineering at Funding Circle. You’ll shape the experience of small-business lending, from application through servicing, and work in a hybrid arrangement with three days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering leaders on the operating model
• Simplify regulated lending journeys from application through servicing
• Bring design into discovery and product strategy
• Establish standards and mechanisms for design excellence
