Lead the strategy and transformation of Core Data capabilities within the Commercial & Investment Bank, with a focus on AI-readiness, automation, discoverability, and data quality. Partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to scale reference data capabilities and enable access for people and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Define the Core Data transformation strategy
• Build a roadmap for agent-ready Core Data
• Make data assets discoverable and consumable
• Integrate data assets into Compass and Fusion
• Shape reference data distribution APIs
• Establish semantic layers for AI consumers
• Prototype automation for data management workflows
