This DevSecOps role builds and operates secure, scalable, and resilient production infrastructure for the Acra platform. It focuses on observability, high availability, disaster recovery, and security, with hybrid work arrangements managed at team level.

Responsibilities

• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting systems
• Engineer high-availability platform infrastructure and fault tolerance
• Design disaster recovery, backups, and seamless failover
• Integrate incident detection and paging solutions
• Tune platform performance and plan service capacity
• Secure Kubernetes deployments and production infrastructure
• Partner with product engineers on reliability standards
