This 12-month contract role leads the creative direction for Topshop's tailoring category, developing trend-led collections across tailored separates and modern wardrobe essentials. The designer will combine fashion expertise with commercial awareness, working closely with buying, product development, technical, supply chain, and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailoring category creative direction
• Research global fashion trends and competitors
• Develop seasonal concepts and colour palettes
• Design commercially relevant tailoring ranges
• Create design packs, CADs, and technical briefs
• Source fabrics, trims, and garment finishes
• Own category fit, proportion, and silhouettes
