Summary

A senior individual-contributor designer will own visual direction and brand craft for Jack & Jill’s AI recruitment products, creating campaign and web experiences for both candidate and company audiences. The role is based in person at Shoreditch Exchange and covers brand systems, paid and organic creative, motion, and out-of-home advertising.

Responsibilities

• Design paid, organic, and landing page campaigns
• Define the visual language for Jack and Jill
• Evolve and maintain the company brand system
• Create static and motion creative for campaigns
• Develop out-of-home creative for major tech markets
• Brief and direct freelance designers and agencies
• Iterate campaign creative based on performance learning
