Summary

This senior working-leadership role supports the Head of Financial Crime Risk Services across first-line financial crime operations at Shawbrook. The successful candidate will manage and develop people while remaining hands-on with analytics, controls, risk assessments and the transition toward data- and automation-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial crime operations
• Escalate complex cases and customer relationships
• Analyse risk data and emerging typologies
• Design financial crime procedures and controls
• Complete product and process risk assessments
• Present MI to governance committees
• Mentor team leads and senior colleagues
