Summary

Deployed engineers (des) are customer-facing technical experts who help customers deploy and activate devin/windsurf in real production environments. You will work with engineers to identify high-impact use cases, support integrations, lead demos and pilots, and drive adoption of the cognition platform.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of customer lifecycle
• Deploy devin/windsurf into production environments
• Work with customers to identify best use cases
• Support integrations and ensure smooth adoption
• Lead demos and pilots for customers
• Implement requested features based on feedback
• Advocate for customer needs and set roadmap
