The delivery manager will lead technology and business change across Shawbrook’s digital bank and commercial franchises, supporting 1–2 cross-functional squads. The senior role combines agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery with governance, risk control and AI initiative enablement in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across digital and commercial initiatives
• Support 1–2 cross-functional delivery squads
• Manage sprint, milestone and release cadence
• Track blockers, dependencies and delivery risks
• Maintain RAID logs and governance artefacts
• Prepare steering committee reporting and release readiness
• Coach squads on agile delivery practices
