Summary

The delivery and returns coordinator supports ASOS’s supply chain through analysis, supplier performance monitoring, and improvement work across delivery and returns. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify process inefficiencies
• Connect data insights with operational feedback to solve problems
• Identify trends and communicate them to managers and partners
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and recommend actions
• Monitor supplier performance and propose improvements
• Support supply chain implementations and peak-period operations
