Summary

This is a senior operational leadership role supporting the onboarding of defined benefit pension schemes. You’ll lead a team of pensions and data specialists handling scheme data loading, quality, risk and process improvement in a hybrid working arrangement.

• Lead and develop pensions and data specialists
• Set objectives and maintain quality standards
• Oversee scheme data validation and preparation
• Manage valuation and full scheme loadings
• Plan resources against service levels and commitments
• Identify data risks and lead mitigation activity
