Summary

The junior dealing services agent will support customers placing and executing investment trades by phone, email, and secure message while following service level agreements and compliance policies. The role is hybrid, with three to four days per week in the office and the first three months fully office-based.

Responsibilities

• Support customers placing and executing investment trades
• Handle inbound calls and customer email enquiries
