Summary

This senior customer success role supports SMB and mid-market customers in the Nordics as they adopt and expand their use of Pleo’s spend management platform. You’ll own customer adoption, retention, and expansion while helping turn customer feedback into product improvements; fully remote and hybrid options are available.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through post-onboarding product adoption
• Advise customers on optimising their business processes
• Identify and process expansion opportunities
• Monitor customer health and product adoption
• Triage inbound customer communications across channels
• Share customer feedback with product teams
• Build long-term customer relationships and advocacy
