Summary

This senior customer success role supports large global life sciences customers using Veeva Commercial Content and Medical applications. You’ll advise customer decision makers, help optimize existing applications, and shape roadmaps; Veeva supports working from home or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support 4-6 global customers after implementation
• Own relationships with customer decision makers
• Advise customers on optimizing Veeva applications
• Create customer roadmaps tied to business goals
• Triage customer escalations with internal teams
• Facilitate customer and industry learning connections
