Summary

Customer Onboarding Specialist role supporting customers as they switch energy suppliers and adopt low-carbon technologies. You will advise on tariffs, heat pumps, solar, and electric vehicle charger installations while owning queries through to resolution in a fast-paced customer operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select gas and electricity tariffs
• Guide customers through low-carbon technology adoption
• Answer initial electric vehicle charger questions
• Handover installation queries to specialist teams
• Resolve supplier switching and installation problems
• Take ownership of customer queries
• Deliver clear and caring customer solutions
