Summary

The customer engineer will advise customers on GPU cloud services, AI/ML workloads, and scalable training and inference solutions. This role is fully remote from Europe and involves working with Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and deep learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex AI/ML customer issues
• Optimize GPU training and inference workloads
• Present technical solutions to prospective customers
• Relay feature requests to product teams
• Drive alignment on customer challenges
