Summary

Decagon is hiring a customer engineer, agent builder to own end-to-end execution of ai agent builds for enterprise customers. You will scope, implement, configure guardrails, validate integrations, and iterate with customers and internal teams to launch reliable agents across channels. The role is in-office and highly technical, combining hands-on build work with customer-facing delivery.

• Own end-to-end execution of ai agent builds
• Write and maintain agent-building artifacts
• Configure agent behavior for quality and reliability
• Configure and validate safety and compliance guardrails
• Set up, test, and validate customer integrations
• Interface with senior customer technical stakeholders
• Translate requirements into build plans and documentation
