This is a mid-level corporate banking role advising energy, power, and commodity trading clients on capital structure and financing. The associate will execute strategic transactions and assess client credit risk across the EMEA region, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two remotely.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital structure and financing strategy
• Originate and execute strategic financing transactions
• Prepare client pitch materials and financial analyses
• Assess creditworthiness, liquidity, and counterparty risk
• Review client performance, forecasts, and peer benchmarks
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with product partners
• Mentor junior team members on technical and client skills
