Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions from announcements through payments
• Track and submit corporate action election responses
• Monitor daily controls and resolve processing exceptions
• Investigate cash and stock breaks and claims
• Liaise with agent banks and custodians on issues
• Support user acceptance testing and system migrations
