The senior corporate actions analyst will manage daily processing of global corporate events within the investment operations function. Based in Wellington Management’s London office, the role supports portfolio management and internal teams while working onsite four days per week and remotely one day.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate global corporate action data
• Analyse complex voluntary corporate action events
• Research conflicting action details and resolve issues
• Communicate voluntary instructions and confirm entitlements
• Improve workflows and implement system enhancements
• Interpret market and company offering documents
• Represent corporate actions in external meetings
