This lead role owns control effectiveness methodologies, testing standards and quality assurance across Legal & General’s Retail business. It focuses on improving the consistency and credibility of control reviews, with flexible working options open to discussion.

• Develop and improve control effectiveness methodologies
• Review completed testing and control assessments
• Establish quality standards and calibration processes
• Design testing approaches and reperformance techniques
• Embed evidence-based sampling and validation practices
• Coach colleagues conducting control effectiveness reviews
• Support governance, reporting and customer-outcome escalations
