Summary

This is a two-month contract managing end-to-end early careers recruitment delivery for a specific business area at Deloitte. The role works with an in-house team of approximately 30 and an RPO, and is based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with ad hoc office travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume recruitment for early careers programmes
• Plan campaigns and manage talent pipelines
• Direct RPO delivery and oversee assessment events
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and provide updates
• Run work experience events and careers activities
• Analyse diversity pipelines and implement interventions
• Manage post-offer engagement and onboarding
