Summary

The compliance assurance review lead delivers independent, risk-based reviews of compliance and financial crime risk management across multiple business units. The role owns reviews from planning through reporting, challenges senior stakeholders, and supports the development of junior colleagues. It is based in Glasgow with three anchor days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh the annual assurance plan
• Lead risk-based compliance assurance reviews
• Assess controls across multiple business units
• Identify risks and control weaknesses
• Report assurance findings to senior management
• Drive accountability for remediation activities
• Coach and support junior team members
