Summary

This full-time role handles complex home insurance claims from initial investigation through to resolution. The claims handler supports customers, assesses evidence, coordinates with suppliers and legal representatives, and works in a hybrid arrangement based at the Halifax Trinity Road office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance claims through to resolution
• Keep customers informed and supported throughout claims
• Review evidence and documentation to assess claims
• Coordinate with suppliers, solicitors, and other insurers
• Identify opportunities to recover costs from responsible parties
• Settle claims fairly under policy terms and regulations
