This junior paralegal role supports the Complex Injury Team in Southampton, assisting with complex and high-value personal injury litigation. It is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week position involving case support and progression from instruction through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, serve, and diarise court documents
• Coordinate hearings, conferences, and expert appointments
• Manage CRU registrations and settlement notifications
• Review medical records, photographs, and surveillance footage
• Draft case summaries and applications for records
• Prepare counsel instructions and witness statements
• Review disclosure and draft client updates
