This junior collectives dealing role handles the execution and contracting of collective investment scheme trades across investment platforms and custody clients. It covers trade exceptions, reconciliations and settlement support, with hybrid working and at least 50% of working time in the office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealing channels and manually place exception trades
• Contract fund trades and process amendments accurately
• Investigate dealing queries and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Process private placing trades and supporting FX transactions
• Coordinate with fund providers and transfer agents
• Support fund setup, pricing data and timely settlement
• Test systems and contribute to operational improvements
