Summary

A junior investment operations role handling collective investment scheme trades across AJ Bell’s platforms and custody services. The role covers trade execution, contracting, settlement support and exception resolution, with hybrid working and at least 50% of working time in the office each month.

Responsibilities

• Monitor STP dealing channels and handle exceptions
• Place fund trades within cut-off times
• Complete trade contracting within agreed SLAs
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and operational queries
• Process FX and private placing trades
• Check fund setup, pricing and static data
• Support settlements, system testing and process improvements
