Summary

This senior role owns the collateral operating model and product roadmap across cleared and bilateral derivatives markets at L&G Asset Management. It leads operational, regulatory and technology change, working across investment, risk, legal, technology and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the collateral operating model across derivatives markets
• Define the strategic collateral roadmap and business priorities
• Deliver EMIR, UMR, clearing and technology change initiatives
• Improve collateral workflows, controls, automation and scalability
• Oversee governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Manage relationships with brokers, CCPs, custodians and counterparties
• Monitor collateral performance, operational risks and service metrics
