Summary

The client services manager will own strategic relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients, focusing on account health, retention, renewals, onboarding, and growth. The role includes presenting business reviews, influencing product and clinical roadmaps, mentoring colleagues, and leading client education sessions. It is a hybrid position based near London Bridge, with three office days per week.
