This CFO role leads the financial backbone for Jack & Jill as it scales, covering FP&A, marketplace unit economics, pricing, fundraising, investor reporting, and financial controls. It is an executive-level, hands-on finance leadership position based five days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, planning, and budget development
• Analyse unit economics across both marketplace sides
• Design pricing models and commercial strategy
• Prepare board reporting and manage investor relationships
• Support fundraising rounds, data rooms, and investor conversations
• Oversee cash management, close, accounting, audit, and tax
• Build an ai-first finance function and dashboards
