Summary

The CEO will build and own an AI-native digital banking business, including its proposition, product roadmap, business model and P&L. The role will build the core team and banking, technology and operational capabilities, working hybrid from the local office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI neobank proposition and business model
• Set the product roadmap for digital banking
• Build AI-native accounts, cards and payments experiences
• Own P&L, deposits, revenue and operating costs
• Build the core banking and technology team
• Establish banking partnerships and regulatory readiness
• Lead market expansion across the region
