Summary

The CASS Analyst will support operational teams in complying with FCA CASS rules through monitoring, control testing, risk analysis, breach escalation and audit support. This is a mid-level role within AJ Bell's operational oversight function, offered on a hybrid basis with at least 50% of working time in the office.

Responsibilities

• Undertake annual risk-based CASS monitoring plans
• Identify and manage CASS-related operational risks
• Test key CASS controls for effectiveness
• Document and escalate CASS breaches
• Perform root cause and trend analysis
• Support internal and external CASS audits
• Maintain CASS policies and resolution documentation
