Summary

This mid-level case manager coordinates end-to-end onboarding for a defined book of clients and events. The role sits within operations, working with clients, internal stakeholders and the Indian Operations hub; flexible working arrangements may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take onboarding requests from intake through completion
• Sequence event tasks and maintain the critical path
• Assess requirements against Aladdin and platform capabilities
• Translate requirements into work packages for Chennai
• Update workflow tools and dashboards with case status
• Check reference data and control evidence before go-live
• Escalate blockers and risks to the senior case manager
