Summary

This director-level role focuses on expanding Wintermute’s institutional OTC business and crypto project liquidity provision through new business development and partnerships. You will build and grow relationships with financial institutions, exchanges, custodians, blockchain projects, and ecosystem partners. The role is based in London with significant flexibility to work from home and adjust working hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth plan
• Grow institutional otc business globally
• Build relationships with exchanges and custodians
• Develop pipelines and grow existing business
• Coordinate customer feedback and product launches
• Identify cooperation opportunities across the crypto ecosystem
