The founding brand designer will evolve Conduct’s visual identity and create brand work across digital, motion, print, and events. The role partners with founders, marketing, and engineers to make complex enterprise technology clear and compelling.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the visual identity across formats
• Create go-to-market visuals with founders and engineers
• Build scalable product storytelling systems
• Design websites, social media, billboards, and booths
• Direct photo, video, and 3d production
• Brief agencies, printers, and freelance creatives
• Maintain brand consistency with templates and a brand book
