Summary

The brand design lead will shape Valarian’s visual identity and product experience for secure AI infrastructure used by government and enterprise customers. This hands-on lead role spans brand design, product interfaces, research, and design systems, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes regular collaboration in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve brand identity across touchpoints
• Build scalable ui component libraries and design tokens
• Conduct user research and validate workflows through testing
• Translate security workflows into clear dashboards and interfaces
• Create interactive demonstrations and client-facing pitch materials
• Establish design frameworks, standards, and playbooks
