Summary

This is a six-month fixed-term Bid Coordinator role supporting electric vehicle leasing bids and improving the bid process. You’ll coordinate RFI and RFP responses with business development and cross-functional teams, based in the central London office at least two to three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Draft first-pass responses to RFP and tender questions
• Update and maintain reusable bid content
• Track bid deadlines, owners, status, and outcomes
• Coordinate input from subject matter experts
• Format and quality-check responses before submission
• Submit bids through client portals or email
• Capture win-loss feedback and improve bid processes
