• Set icp, targeting, and outbound messaging
• Translate company targets into measurable bdr goals
• Manage and coach a team of approximately 10 bdrs
• Recruit and develop bdr talent
• Define qualification criteria and ae handoff processes
• Build outbound plays and improve conversion
• Run weekly reviews and call coaching
