Summary

This is a summer analyst internship with Citi’s real estate investment banking team in London, supporting client transactions and financial analysis. The 10-week program is hybrid, with three mandatory office days and up to two days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse company and industry information
• Build valuation and discounted cash flow models
• Prepare client pitches and business development presentations
• Coordinate transaction tasks across deal teams
• Prepare internal control and compliance documentation
