The backend engineer will build and scale Kotlin and Spring Boot services for Synthesized's software testing platform. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the London or New York office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Kotlin Spring Boot services
• Design PostgreSQL models and schema migrations
• Enforce OpenAPI contracts and code generation
• Improve CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions
• Monitor production systems and triage incidents
