Summary

The AI and automation engineer will design, build, operate and support agentic AI and intelligent automation capabilities using Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, Azure and orchestration frameworks. This is a hybrid role based in the London office, focused on safe, governed and scalable AI adoption within a financial services organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain agentic ai automation systems
• Translate business challenges into agent architectures
• Develop workflows with oversight and escalation paths
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications and data services
• Productionise solutions using devops and mlops practices
• Monitor performance, incidents and service degradation
