Summary

This role designs and implements atlassian service collection solutions, including jira service management, customer service management, and assets, for client service transformation programmes. The position is hybrid, based in one of deloitte's uk offices, with work across client sites, offices, and remote settings.

• Support client engagements across service collection
• Translate stakeholder requirements into service solutions
• Design service collection solutions for clients
• Deliver tailored service collection demonstrations
• Integrate service collection with enterprise ecosystems
• Configure workflows, automation, slas, and portals
• Design asset schemas, reports, and adoption plans
