Summary

The associate manager, supply planning role manages supply planning and inventory across e.L.F. Beauty’s EMEA network. It partners with commercial and operational teams on supply plans, inventory health, and product launches, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days at home.

Responsibilities

• Create supply plans aligned with demand and capacity
• Monitor inventory and supply risks across EMEA
• Balance inventory between warehouses and markets
• Analyze service levels and supply planning performance
• Support supply planning for product launches and transitions
• Investigate inventory risks and recommend corrective actions
