Summary

This associate director role delivers international and corporate tax advisory services to large uk and overseas-headquartered groups, covering areas including M&A, cross-border restructuring, financing and treasury, post-merger integration, business model change and Pillar Two. The role leads client services, manages advisory projects and develops junior team members, with hybrid working based in Glasgow, Aberdeen or Edinburgh.

• Own and develop uk and international client relationships
• Manage international tax advisory projects and deadlines
