Summary

The Associate Director, Transaction Management will execute healthcare lending transactions from term sheet through diligence, credit, legal documentation and completion. The role works with origination, credit and legal teams, supporting deals across the UK healthcare sector and lending facilities of £2m–£35m.

Responsibilities

• Drive healthcare transactions from structure through drawdown
• Coordinate stakeholders and keep deal timetables moving
• Complete business, sector, credit and financial due diligence
• Prepare and present credit papers to committees
• Shape facility structures, pricing, covenants and protections
• Lead legal documentation and coordinate loan completion
• Build relationships with healthcare advisers, operators and investors
