This assistant-level relationship management role supports senior relationship managers with customer onboarding, application processing, and the completion of structured real estate loans. The role also manages allocated clients and occasional client meetings, and is primarily office-based.

Responsibilities

• Support senior relationship managers with customer onboarding
• Process applications and manage in-flight case pipelines
• Triage new enquiries through to allocation
• Coordinate legal documentation through loan completion
• Track conditions precedent and liaise with solicitors
• Prepare managers for client and broker meetings
• Manage client relationships allocated by relationship managers
