The assistant relationship director supports property development lending, helping source, assess, underwrite and complete loans while overseeing a client portfolio. They work with relationship directors, clients, brokers and internal credit and loan support teams in the uk property finance market.

Responsibilities

• Support new business enquiries and assess lending opportunities
• Prepare credit proposals and issue heads of terms
• Attend client and broker meetings on site
• Review surveyor reports and recommend credit actions
• Progress approved facilities through legal completion
• Maintain accurate lending system data and documentation
