This assistant director role leads client advisory engagements on insurance regulation and legal entity structuring. Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and manage client relationships
• Develop engagement scopes, plans and financials
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions
• Advise insurers on regulatory entity structures
• Plan insurance mergers and business transfers
• Draft regulatory business plans and Day 1 plans
• Develop proposals for new client opportunities
